Michelle has worked in the environmental sector for 14 years since graduating from Humberside University, starting out in practical conservation and ending up in waste, recycling and resource efficiency. Before getting letters after her name, she worked in SME’s and large businesses ranging from managerial retail, fixing plant hire and writing databases.
Michelle is a seasoned Project Manager (which makes her sound old, but she’s not really) and has managed a range of high profile projects with RHP and before then, during her time with WRAP (including WRAP’s £8 million Regional Market development Fund (RMDF) programme, its capital programmes and business support for SME’s).
She has experience working with a wide range of organisations, from policy makers, trade associations, SME and blue chip business.
Among other things, Michelle does project management and planning at RHP, forgets to make the tea, has significant experience of strategic planning and develops and manages a number of RHP’s online tools.
