Free support to Hospitality SME's…Get Foodwise!

RHP are delighted to be delivering part of the FoodWise programme (a series of projects to help businesses in the hospitality sector boost profits through cutting waste).   Part funded by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) as part of the South East ERDF Competiveness Programme 2007-2103, the support offered will cover all areas of a hospitality operation- ranging from the kitchen to the cloak room, the bedrooms to the bar.

The team will provide a list of simple recommendations for you as well as providing help in implementing them for free.. so perhaps there is such a thing as a free lunch!

There are no quick fixes, but businesses that are prepared to look closely at the way they operate will be able to find savings to deliver increased profitability and reduced impacts. We expect many of the businesses on the scheme should see resource consumption reductions of 5% or more. As ever, some savings may require a small investment for things like low energy light bulbs but in many cases, savings can be made without any expenditure just through modifying staff practices, changing procurement choices and raising awareness through simple training programmes.
